Karachi, Mirza Sugar Mills Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that board meeting of the company will be held on January 21, 2016 at Karachi. The agenda of the meeting shall be consideration of 1stquarterly accounts for the period ended December 31, 2015.

Further, the closed period of the company shall be from January 14, to January 21, 2016.
