Board meeting of National Foods Limited to be held on October 21, 2015

Karachi: National Foods Limited informed Karachi Stock Exchange about the board meeting of the company scheduled to be held on October 21, 2015 at Karachi. The agenda of the meeting shall be consideration of quarterly accounts for the period ended September 30, 2015.

Further, the closed period of the company shall be from October 14, 2015 to October 21, 2015.

National Foods Limited was incorporated in Pakistan on February 19, 1970 as a private limited company and began its operations as a spice company On March 30, 1988 the company was converted to a public limited company.
