Board meeting of Nestle Pakistan Limited to be held on February 16, 2016

Karachi: Nestle Pakistan Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that board meeting of the company will be held on February 16, 2016 at Lahore. The agenda of the meeting shall be consideration of annual accounts for the period ended December 31, 2015.

Further, the closed period of the company shall be from February 10, 2016 to February 16, 2016.

Nestle Pakistan Limited is a public limited company incorporated in Pakistan. The foundations of the company are formed under the Companies Act, 1913 now the Companies Ordinance, 1984. The company is engaged in the business of manufacturing, processing and sale of food products. This includes imported products dairy, confectionery, culinary, coffee, beverages, infant nutrition and drinking water.
