Karachi, Tariq Glass Industries Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that board of directors meeting of the company will be held on March 22, 2023 at Lahore to consider the public announcement of intention given by the Company.
Further, the company has declared the closed period from March 21, 2023 to March 22, 2023.

The company operates in the international markets across Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia and the Far East. The company also has technical collaboration with Toyo Glass of Japan.

The plant has a production capacity of 200 metric tons of glass tableware per day, having a combination of single and double gob press machines as well as H-28 press and blow machines for light weight product ranges. It also has efficient art printing machines.
