Karachi, Pakistan International Container Terminal Limited has announced a Board of Directors meeting to be held on May 28, 2024, in Karachi. The primary agenda for this meeting is to review the quarterly accounts for the period ending March 31, 2024, and to discuss any potential entitlements.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company has also declared a “Closed Period” from May 21, 2024, to May 28, 2024, in compliance with Clause 5.6.4 of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulations.
