Karachi: Notice is hereby given that in order to determine entitlement to the profit payment of BankIslami Ehad Sukuk II (BIPLSC2) as on July 31, 2024, the transfer books shall remain closed from July 30, 2024 to July 31, 2024 (both days inclusive). Transfer requests received at F.D. Registrar Services (Pvt) Ltd, Karachi, at the close of business on Monday, July 29, 2024 will be treated in time for the purpose of above entitlement to the transferees.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the notice specifies that to facilitate the monthly profit payment for the holders of the BankIslami Ehad Sukuk II (BIPLSC2), the books for transfer of these financial instruments will be closed for two days at the end of July. This closure is critical for processing the profit payment to investors who are recorded in the books by the close of business on July 29, 2024.
