Bunny’s Limited Announces Extraordinary General Meeting for Director Elections

Lahore, Bunny’s Limited has scheduled an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) for its shareholders on Friday, TS June 2024 at 02:30 PM, at 10’A, Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Kot Lakhpat, Lahore. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the meeting will focus on the election of seven directors for a term of three years, as determined by the company’s board under Section 159(1) of the Companies Act, 2017.

The retiring directors eligible for re-election include Mr. Omar Sharks Chaudhry, Miss Mahnoor Chandhry, Mrs. Seadia Omar, Miss Maya Omar Choudhry, Miss Matina Omar, Mr. Rafi-us-Zaman Swan, and Mrs. Shahci Ithan. Shareholders interested in participating in the EGM virtually can register by 25 June 2024 by submitting their details and a valid copy of their identification to the company’s designated email address.

The company’s shares transfer books will be closed from 21 June to 28 June 2024, and transfers received by the close of business on 20 June will be eligible for meeting entitlements. Additionally, provisions for electronic voting and voting by post will be available if the number of candidates exceeds the director seats available.

This meeting will also include procedural details for individuals and corporate entities on how to appoint proxies and attend the meeting, emphasizing the importance of proper authentication and documentation as prescribed by the Companies Act and related regulations.
