Businessmen appreciates road map developed by task force formed by Mian Nawaz Sharif to resolve energy crises in the country

Karachi, May 20, 2013 (PPI-OT): Parton-in-Chief KATI, S.M.Muneer, Chairman, Mohammad Zubair Chhaya, and Vice Chairmen, Najmul Arfeen and Niaz Ahmed appreciated the road map developed by task force formed by Mian Nawaz Sharif to resolve the energy crises in the country.

They hoped that this task force will chalk out long lasting policies to overcome the gas and electricity shortage. This plan once implemented would cast a long lasting impression.

They also rejected the increase in electricity charges on account of fuel adjustment charges by NEPRA and demanded to take the decision back without any delay.

They said that due to energy crises and worst law and order situation in the recent years, many industrialists and traders have left the country. These industrialists are transferring their capital in other countries, i.e. China, Bangladesh, Malaysia etc, whereas foreign investors are not coming to invest in Pakistan.

They said that business community has high hopes from upcoming government and they hoped new government will successful in tackling the issues of energy crises and law and order.

They said that if government adopts business friendly policies then closed industries will be able to run and unemployment will be reduced. Due to increase in foreign investments in the country, revenue will also be increased which will be helpful in resolving the issue of law and order.
