Rahim Yar Khan: The Election Commission of Pakistan has announced that a by-election for the National Assembly seat NA-171 Rahim Yar Khan is set for the 12th of September.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the announcement comes alongside the scheduling of local body elections for the chairman of Tehsil Council Jamrud in Khyber District, which are slated for the 25th of September. The by-election in NA-171 follows standard electoral procedures aimed at filling vacancies within legislative bodies.
