Byco Petroleum Pakistan Limited’s annual board meeting and closed period

Karachi, October 3, 2012 (PPI-OT): The meeting of the Board of Directors of Byco Petroleum Pakistan Limited (BYCO) shall be held on Tuesday. 9th October 2012 at 4:00 pm at the corporate office of the Company, 10th Floor, The Harbour Front, Dolmen City, HC-3, Block 4, Marine Drive, Clifton, Karachi, to consider and approve the audited annual accounts of the Company for the year ended 30th June 2012.

3rd October 2012 to 9th October 2012 (both days inclusive) shall be the closed period during which the directors, chief executive officer and other executives will not directly or indirectly deal in the share of the Company.
