Zahid Jee Textile Mills Limited’s board meeting to consider the financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2012

Karachi, October 3, 2012 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday October 9, 2012 at Mills 28-KM, Sheikhupura Road, Faisalabad to consider the Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2012.

The Company has declared the Close Period from October 2, 2012 to October 9, 2012 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in Listing Regulation No. 37 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO, Executive shall, directly/ indirectly, deals in the share of the Company in any manner in Close Period.
