This German-Pakistan Capacity Development Support Programme to the Sindh Police is a multi-year project and is being implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit – German Society for International Cooperation – GIZ. As part of the Programme, German Consul General Dr. Tilo Klinner has invited a high ranking Delegation from Sindh Police to meet from 5th through 13th of December 2013 German Inspector Generals of Police and to visit training facilities with latest technologies, particularly in forensics and telecommunication in Germany.
