Capital Development Authority got good response during the auction of plots on the second day

Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) got good response during the auction of different categories of plots on the second consecutive day of the bidding process successfully conducted here at Aabpara Community Centre today. The authority envisages an income of Rs. 1.45 Billion out of this auction of residential and commercial plots.

On the second day, CDA successfully conducted auction of 12 commercial plots out of which 03 plots of different sizes located in the Marakiz of Sector F-7, G-11 and I-8 were offered for auction. Whereas 8 plots of different categories including Class-III Shopping Centre and plots located in Grain, Cloth, F and V Market Sector I-11 and IT Centre were also offered for auction, successfully.

This auction was supervised by Saeed-ur-Rehman, Member Finance, comprises of Tahir Shamshad Member Estate, Abdul Jabbar Melano, Member Planning and Design, Deputy Director General (One Window Operation) Director Estate Management-I Director Estate Management-II, Director Public Relations and Director Accounts.

The Member Finance, CDA Saeed ur Rehman termed the two day auction successful and expressed the hope that the prices of the real estate would further boost in near future.

The recommendations of auction committee would be submitted to CDA Board, which is the final authority for approving or disapproving any of the bids against these plots.
