Care taker chief minister Sindh briefed about law and order situation by Director General Rangers Sindh

Karachi, March 25, 2013 (PPI-OT): Director General Rangers Sindh Maj. Gen. Rizwan Akhtar today called on Caretaker Chief Minister Sindh Mr. Justice (Rtd) Zahid Kurban Alavi at CM House. He presented briefing to care taker Chief Minister Sindh about law and order situation of Sindh province particularly in Karachi. D.G Rangers Sindh also apprised about action initiated by Rangers against criminals and anti-social elements in various disturbed areas of Karachi.

Caretaker Chief Minister Sindh stressed upon D.G Rangers to have coordinated efforts with police and other Law enforcing agencies, so as to maintain the law and order and ensure security of life and property of people.

Mr. Alavi added that peaceful atmosphere is very essential for holding of general election, and it is prime objective of Caretaker Government to hold free, fair and transparent elections in the country. Caretaker Chief Minister directed to have prompt measures and strict action against criminals and terrorists. Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Sindh Mr. Naveed Kamran Baloch was also present on the occasion.
