Karachi, July 19, 2013 (PPI-OT): This is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at 10:30 am on Friday, 26 July, 2013 at Head Office of the Company at King’s Arcade, 20-A, Markaz F-7, Islamabad to consider the Quarterly Financial Statements for the quarter ended 30 June, 2013. Period from 19 July, 2013 to 26 July, 2013 will be the closed period and no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the closed period.
