Karachi, Cherat Cement Company Limited has reported significant transactions involving its Non-Executive Director, Arif Dino Faruque. On July 5, 2023, Arif Dino Faruque executed a sale of 58,500 shares of Cherat Cement Company at a rate of Rs. 129.99 per share. The transaction was conducted through the Central Depository Company (CDC) in ready form. Additionally, on July 6, 2023, Arif Dino Faruque sold 11,500 shares at a rate of Rs. 130.04 per share, also through the CDC.
