Karachi: This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on Monday, August 29, 2011 at 10:30 am, at the Head Office of the company to consider the Financial Statements for the year ended June 30, 2011.

Notice of Closed Period

In terms of the Code of Corporate Governance and Listing Regulations of Stock Exchange, the Company has determined period from August 22, 2011 to August 29, 2011 (both days inclusive) as Closed Period during which time no Director, Chief Executive or Executive of the Company shall acquire or deal in the shares of the Company in any manner, whether directly or indirectly.
