Chief Secretary Sindh advises Provincial Secretaries to ensure timely compliance of the orders of Supreme and High Courts

Karachi, April 27, 2016 (PPI-OT):Chief Secretary Sindh Muhammad Siddique Memon has advised the Provincial Secretaries to ensure timely compliance of the orders of Supreme and High Courts and remain in touch with Focal Persons of their departments for Court matters, including Focal Person of Chief Secretary. He issued these orders, while inaugurating the Control Room regarding Court matters, established in Sindh Secretariat No. 1, this morning. Secretaries of Finance, SGA and CD, Law, I.T. and other senior officers were also present on this occasion.

Chief Secretary noted that all court order, court notices and relevant correspondence shall be covered and processed through the Control Room, systematically by all means of communication including whats – app. He also called updated report to this effect by 30th April 2016. He maintained that all departments may send their reports to the focal person of Chief Secretary office. Sindh Board of Revenue, Sindh Police and affiliated organization have also been asked to coordinate with the Control Room.
