CNG stations shut down schedule for next week in Sindh

Karachi, June 15, 2013 (PPI-OT): In compliance with sectoral priority order for gas load management, during the coming week, all CNG Stations in Sindh region would remain closed for three (03) days. According to the new schedule, all CNG stations in Sindh will remain closed from 08:00 am on Tuesday 18 June 2013, till 08:00 am on Wednesday, 19 June, 2013 for 24 hours.

Another shut down will be observed on Thursday 20 June, 2013 from 08:00 am to Friday 21 June, 2013 till 08:00 am for 24 hours. The 3rd shut down will be started from 8.00 a.m. on Saturday, June 22, 2013 and will end on Sunday, June 23, 2013, till 8.00 a.m. for 24 hours.

CNG stations found operative during this period will have their gas supply disconnected. SSGC authorities have also advised the owners of the CNG Stations not to fill CNG in such vehicles, where safety of installation of CNG cylinders / piping is not ensured.

SSGC regrets the inconvenience which may be caused to CNG users during the above notified 24-hour shut down period.
