Credit of Interim Cash Dividend by Meezan Pakistan Exchange Traded Fund

Karachi: Meezan Pakistan Exchange Traded Fund (MZNPETF) has successfully credited an interim cash dividend of Rs. 1.00 per share, which constitutes 10% of its total payout, into the bank accounts of its unitholders for the year ending June 30, 2024. The distribution occurred on July 8, 2024.

The credited amount was electronically transferred to the designated bank accounts of the shareholders who complied with the fund’s requirements by providing their International Bank Account Number (IBAN) and a valid copy of their National Identity Card (CNIC). According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), dividends for unitholders who failed to meet these prerequisites remain withheld.

Unitholders who have not yet complied with the documentation requirements are advised to submit their IBAN and valid CNIC to facilitate the release of their dividends.

MZNPETF has issued notifications to TRE Certificate Holders at the Exchange to disseminate the information regarding the dividend credit and the requirements for receiving future dividends.
