Cyan Limited’s dispatch of final dividend warrants for the year ended December 31, 2012

Karachi, April 10, 2013 (PPI-OT): We are pleased to inform you that the Dividend Warrants in respect of Final Dividend at Rs.3 per share i.e. share i.e. 30% for the year ended December 31, 2012 have been dispatched to the shareholders through registered post on April 10, 2013.

In this regard, we intend to publish a Notice in Daily Business Recorder (English) and Daily Express (Urdu) (Combined Edition Karachi and Lahore) on April 11, 2013 for information of the shareholders. Copy of the notice prior to its Publication is attached for information.

We are pleased to announce that the dividend warrants in respect of Final Dividend @ Rs. 3.00 per share, i.e. 30% for the year ended December 31, 2012, have been dispatched to the Shareholders through registered Post on April 10, 2013.
