Dawood Hercules Corporation Limited’s board meeting / closed period

Karachi, July 23, 2012 (PPI-OT): We wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Dawood Hercules Corporation Limited (DAWH) will be held at 10.30 am on Tuesday, 31st July 2012 at Dawood Center, M.T. Khan Road, Karachi, to consider and approve the un-audited Accounts of the Company for the 2nd quarter and half year ended 30th June 2012.

As required by Clause xxiii of the Code of Corporate Governance, the Closed Period prior to the announcement of un-audited Accounts for the 2nd quarter and half year ended 30th June 2012 has been determined from 24th July 2012 to 31st July 2012 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly or indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
