DEMP Marks 77th Independence Day with Artistic Exhibitions and Competitions in Islamabad

Islamabad: The Directorate of Electronic Media and Publication (DEMP) commemorated Pakistan’s 77th Independence Day by hosting a Digital Photographic Exhibition and Painting Competition that displayed the artistic talents of students from Islamabad and Rawalpindi. The event attracted students, officials from the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, and media representatives, celebrating the country’s heritage through art.

According to Press Information Department, the exhibitions and competitions were held as a tribute to Pakistan’s Independence Day, showcasing artwork that depicted the nation’s history, struggles, and landscapes. Ms. Ambreen Jan, Federal Secretary of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, attended the event, praising the students’ work for reflecting Pakistan’s rich cultural stories.
