Islamabad, Mehmood Ahmad Saghar, the acting Chairman of the Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party (DFP), has highlighted the enduring inspiration that the sacrifices of Kashmiri martyrs provide for future generations.

According to Kashmir Media Service, Saghar, in a statement from Islamabad, paid tribute to Burhan Wani and his associates on the anniversary of their martyrdom. He emphasized that these sacrifices have a significant place in the hearts of the Kashmiri people and have been pivotal in bringing the Kashmir issue to global attention. “The martyrs who offered their blood, sweat, and tears for the noble cause occupy a special place in our hearts,” he said.

Saghar also lauded Burhan Wani for revitalizing the Kashmiri resistance movement and boosting the people’s confidence in their struggle for freedom from Indian control. He affirmed the DFP’s dedication to continuing the martyrs’ mission, stating that the valiant people of Kashmir will never betray these sacrifices.
