DIG Operations Conducts Unexpected Inspection at Margalla Police Station in Islamabad

Islamabad, DIG (Operations) Syed Shehzad Nadeem Bukhari made an unannounced visit to Margalla Police Station, focusing on evaluating the station’s operations and personnel performance.

According to Islamabad Capital Police, during his visit, DIG Bukhari awarded two police officers for their exemplary performance and conducted thorough inspections of various station facilities including the records room, front desk, lockup, investigation officers’ rooms, and residential barracks. He emphasized the importance of professional conduct and warned that inappropriate behavior towards citizens would not be tolerated.

DIG Bukhari issued directives to the police staff to maximize the use of available resources to ensure citizen convenience. He stressed the need for immediate actions to prevent serious crimes and for the swift apprehension of suspects and recovery of stolen goods. Reinforcing his commitment, he stated that ensuring the safety and security of citizens’ lives and properties remains a top priority for the Islamabad Capital Police.
