Karachi: The management of Arif Habib Dolmen REIT Management Limited has declared a final cash dividend for Dolmen City REIT for the fiscal year ending on June 30, 2024. This dividend was finalized during a board meeting on July 15, 2024.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the Board of Directors has approved a final cash dividend of Re. 0.50 per unit, translating to an annualized rate of 20.0%. This latest disbursement is in addition to the interim dividends previously issued, amounting to Rs. 1.50 per unit or 15.0% annualized, bringing the cumulative dividend for the year to Rs. 2.00 per unit, or 20.0%.
Unit holders listed in the register on July 26, 2024, will be eligible for this dividend. The Share Transfer Books of the Scheme will remain closed from July 29, 2024, to July 31, 2024, for the processing of transfers. All transfers need to be submitted by the close of business on July 26, 2024, to M/s. CDC Share Registrar Services Limited in Karachi to qualify for the dividend.
This announcement serves as a notice to all unit holders of the Scheme and TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange.
