Eid Shopping Frenzy Hits Markets in Pakistan

Islamabad, With Eid-ul-Fitr approaching, Pakistan’s commercial markets, bazaars, and shopping centers are bustling with activity. Shoppers are flocking to various stalls and outlets, seeking everything from cosmetics and clothing to food items, as they prepare for the festive occasion.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the shopping momentum has significantly increased in the last Ashra of Ramazan, with just three days remaining until Eid. Stalls offering cosmetics, henna, bangles, shoes, and dresses have become ubiquitous in the busiest markets and bazaars. Additionally, fashion brands and boutiques are presenting a wide range of fabrics, catering to the diverse economic capabilities of customers. As the shopping intensity reaches its peak, the focus is also shifting towards purchasing food items like vermicelli, meat, and other essentials for Eid celebrations.
