The company, with a paid-up capital of PKR 350 million, declared a consistent dividend payout of 5% for three consecutive years, 2021 through 2023. Trading activity peaked at a rate of PKR 20.88, with a total turnover of 884,500 shares during the January to October period. The shares are traded in market lots of 500, each with a par value of PKR 10. Emco Industries has been listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange since 1984 and had its previous book closure on October 17.
