Extension Granted to Pakistan General Insurance for Annual Meeting

Karachi, The Pakistan General Insurance Co. Ltd. has obtained an extension from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) to conduct its Annual General Meeting (AGM). The new deadline for the AGM is now May 29, 2024, after concluding its fiscal year on December 31, 2023. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this extension is to help Pakistan General Insurance compile its annual financial results.
