Fauji Cement Company Limited Reschedules 155th Board Meeting and Declares Closed Period in Compliance with PSX Regulations

Karachi, Fauji Cement Company Limited (FCCL) has announced the rescheduling of its 155th Board Meeting, which was initially planned to take place at the FCCL Plant in District Attock on July 11, 2023. The meeting will now be held at the Company Head Office Block-III in Rawalpindi on July 25, 2023.

In addition, FCCL has declared a “Closed Period” from 20th July 2023 to 26th July 2023, as mandated by clause 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (PSX). During this period, which includes both dates, no Director, CEO, or Executive of FCCL will be permitted to engage in any direct or indirect dealings involving the shares of FCCL.
