Federal Minister for SAFRON Engr thanked the Federal Minister for Interior for the donation amounting 5 million rupees to sports in Federally Administered Tribal Areas

Islamabad: The Federal Minister for SAFRON Engr. Shaukat Ullah thanked the Federal Minister for Interior Mr. Rahman Malik for the generous donation amounting Rs.5 million for the newly established FATA Olympic Association.

The Federal Minister for SAFRON who is also the President of this new FATA Olympic Association said that there money would be spent in FATA for the uplifting of the sports like activities, which has been affected from the last so many years where law and order situation was a great issue in the region.

“The Interior Minister has played a leading role for the donation of such a huge money. As this will be spent in the sports activities in FATA. The youth of FATA will now turn their energies into a healthy and constructive ways”.

He said, FATA’s youth are very talented and the only thing we need is to provide them opportunities to prove their worth in the field of sports, education and other areas. He inquired the help of other public sectors and Non Government Organizations for the development of these marginalized area to bring it into main stream through sports like activities.
