Fidelity Capital Management Schedules Board Meeting for Quarterly Review

Lahore, Fidelity Capital Management (Private) Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on April 29, 2024, to review and approve the third quarterly financial statements for First Fidelity Leasing Modaraba for the fiscal period ending March 31, 2024. The meeting is set to take place in Lahore.

In conjunction with the upcoming board meeting, a book closure for First Fidelity Leasing Modaraba certificates has been scheduled. The closure period begins on April 22, 2024, and will end on April 29, 2024. During this time, directors, the CEO, and other executives are prohibited from any direct or indirect transactions involving the Modaraba’s certificates.
