First Dawood Investment Bank Limited’s emergency board meeting

Karachi: This is to inform you that the emergency meeting of Board of Directors of First Dawood Investment Bank Limited (FDIBL) will he held on Friday July 01, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at the Registered Office, 1900-B, Saima Trade Tower, I.I. Chundrigar Road Karachi to review business operations and Financial performance of the management.

The “Closed Period” from June 29, 2011 to July 01, 2011 as required under Clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulation No 35 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the FDIBL in any manner during the Closed Period.
