First Punjab Modaraba Announces Closure of Certificate Transfer Books Ahead of Annual Review Meeting

Lahore: First Punjab Modaraba has announced the closure of its Certificate Transfer Books from July 12, 2024, to July 22, 2024, for the purpose of conducting its Annual Review Meeting via video link. The meeting, aimed at reviewing the financial performance of the year ended December 31, 2023, will be held on July 22, 2024, at 10:00 am.

Certificate holders are required to ensure all transfer requests are sent to the registrar, M/s. Hameed Majeed Associates (Pvt.) Ltd., at H.M House, 7-Bank Square, The Mall, Lahore: by the end of business on July 11, 2024, to be considered timely. The virtual meeting will be accessible through a Zoom Meeting link, which the Modaraba will provide via return email to those who register their attendance.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the review will adhere to Regulation No.33, Chapter IV of Modaraba Regulations, 2021. Certificate holders are urged to provide a valid email ID for registration at least seven days before the meeting to armdec2023@punjabmodaraba.com.pk. In addition to email, participants may submit their comments or suggestions via the same email address or through WhatsApp/Mobile at 0333-4348414, again at least seven days prior to the event.

Furthermore, the annual audited financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2023, are available on the Modaraba’s official website for stakeholders’ review and consideration. This meeting is part of the Modaraba’s commitment to transparency and stakeholder engagement in reviewing its annual financial results and discussing future directions.
