Football players undergoing training camp for H.E. Mahindra Rajapaksha International Football Tournament

Lahore, November 26, 2012 (PPI-OT): Top 24 football players of Pakistan are undergoing their national training camp for H.E. Mahindra Rajapaksha International Football Tournament from 2nd to 8th Decmber-2012-Nawalapittya-Sri Lanka at Pakistan Football Federation (PFF) House, Lahore from 24th to 30th November, 2012. This exposure of the U23 National team will help to develop its U23 squad for participation in South Asian Games likely to be organized in September, 2013.

According to the press release issued here by PFF, the probables of the training camp are: Saqib Hanif, Bilawal-ur-Rehman, Ghulam Fareed, Mahmood Khan, Ahsan Ullah, Muhammad Adil, Zia-ul-Salam, Kaleem Ullah, Hassnain Abbas and Saddam Hussain of Khan Research Laboratory (KRL), Muzammil Hussain of Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA), Muhammad Hameed and Saeed Ahmed of Muslim FC, Naveed Ahmed and Mohsin Ali of Navy, Riaz Ahmed of Pakistan International Air Line (PIA), Rashid Hanif of Zarai Tarqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL), Jahangir Khan of Karachi Electric Supply Company (KESC), Faisal Iqbal and Sher Muhammad of National Bank of Pakistan (NBP), Muhammad Salman of Wohaib FC, Muhammad and Junaid Qadir of Karachi Port Trust (KPT) and Zakir Lashari of Habib Bank Limited (HBL).

The officials of training camp are: Milosavljevic Zavisa (Head Coach cum Team Manager), Shahzad Anwar (Assistant Coach), Bilal Ahmed Butt (Assistant Manager/Assistant Coach), Aslam Khan (Goal Keeper Coach) and Kamran Mehdi (Physio/Assistant Manager).
