Further to our letter No. SD/2011/220-222 dated September 12, 2011 on the subject.

We have to clarify that only one nominee director of the Fauji Foundation on the Board of Directors of Mari Gas Company Limited (MARI) has been changed as follows:

“Brig Dr. Gulfam Alam (Retd) has been appointed as Director of the Company with effect from August 16, 2011 in place of Brig Rahat Khan (Retd) who has resigned with effect from August 16, 2011”.

There is no other change in the management of the Company Duty filled in specified Form is enclosed.

We have to inform you that Brig Rahat Khan (Retd) has ceased to be the Director of Mari Gas Company Limited with effect from August 16, 2011 and Brig Dr. Gulfam Alam (Retd) has been appointed as the Director of the Company with effect from August 16, 2011.
