Karachi: Governor Sindh Kamran Khan Tesori expressed his greetings to all Pakistani youth on International Youth Day, highlighting a series of initiatives aimed at empowering the young population.
According to Sindh Governor House, Governor Tesori noted that more than 60% of Pakistan’s total population consists of youth, emphasizing the necessity of harmonizing this demographic with the demands of the present day. Youth are considered the valuable capital of the country, and it is a mission to provide developmental opportunities to this segment.
Under the Governor’s Initiative, 50 thousand youth are being enrolled in IT courses. Additionally, more than 8 thousand laptops and iPhones have been distributed among the youth, and loans ranging from Rs 1 lakh to Rs 1 crore are being provided to those who submit a viable business proposal.
