Govt working with provinces to ensure supply of fertilizer to farmers: Rana Tanveer

Minister for Industries and Production Rana Tanveer Hussain has said the federal government is working with the provinces to ensure smooth supply of fertilizer to the farmers.

In a statement on Saturday, he said a mechanism is being developed to check real time stock availability of fertilizer. He said unjust profit on urea fertilizer will not be tolerated.

The Minister said fertilizer companies should provide facilities to farmers to increase agri productivity.
