Heavy Rains in Jammu Result in Tragic Drowning and Injuries

Jammu, In the wake of severe weather conditions, a woman drowned and three others sustained injuries across Jammu due to heavy rainfall affecting the region.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the woman, identified as Rozi Kouser, aged 30, tragically lost her life after her body was discovered in a stream in Keri Kangra, located in the Gursai area of Mendhar sub-division, Poonch district. Officials suggest that she might have accidentally slipped into the fast-flowing stream amid the torrential rains, although the exact cause of her death was initially unclear.
