Karachi, March 09, 2015 (PPI-OT): High Commissioner of Malaysia, HE Dr Hasrul Sani Mujtabar recently visited Farid’s Supermarket in Karachi to join market visit with some of importers of Malaysian food products in Pakistan. Among other are the Malaysian palm olein which is selling under the ‘Century’ brand, soybean milk drink, biscuits, nata de coco and many more.
Dr Hasrul Sani said that Malaysian food products been exported to many countries especially among OIC member in which the consumer emphasis on halal products and they could be assured with halal standard been implemented by countries such as Malaysia.
Also present at this market visit was Adnan Hamid, COO of Agha’s Pte Ltd, Fairus Hidzir. MPOB Regional Manager, Yousuf Chaudhry, Century palm olein and Sohail Jamil, importer of Malaysian food products.
