Hockey Goalkeepers’ Camp from February 25 at Karachi

Lahore, February 20, 2018 (PPI-OT): Goalkeeper’s role has assumed great importance in today’s hockey. In order to groom goalkeepers on modern lines, Pakistan Hockey Federation is conducting a two week coaching camp for up and coming goalkeepers -male and female- at Abdul Sattar Edhi Hockey Stadium, Karachi from February 25 to March 10, Pakistan’s two former celebrated goal keepers, World Cup winner Mansoor Ahmed and Nasir Ahmad would conduct the course.

Following 21 goal keepers have been asked to report to the course coordinators at the Abdul Sattar Hockey Stadium on February 24.

Male:

Waqar Younis, Adil Rao, Awais Rashid, Maseeh, Aun Ali, Hafiz Al Umair, Waleed Akhtar, Yasir Khan, Ali Raza, Muneeb-ur-Rehman, Roman Khan, Ali Haider, Akmal Hussain, Arsal Eyjaz and Usman Malik

Female:

Rushna Khan, Anmol Arshad, Tahira Islam, Nida Majeed, Syeda Sadia and Sitara
