Hurriyat Leaders Mourn Death of Jailed Activist’s Mother in Srinagar

Srinagar: Prominent leaders from the All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC), including spokesman Advocate Abdul Rashid Minhas, Saleem Zargar, and Maulana Musaib Nadvi, expressed condolences over the death of the mother of incarcerated Hurriyat activist Aamir Ahmad Gojri in Srinagar, located in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

According to Kashmir Media Service, Aamir Ahmad Gojri has been detained in New Delhi’s Tihar jail. The Hurriyat leaders issued statements mourning the loss, praying for eternal peace for the deceased and strength for her family to endure this profound grief. They also reiterated their call for the release of all Kashmiri political detainees and urged the international community to intervene in resolving the prolonged Kashmir conflict to alleviate the region’s suffering under Indian control.
