Ibrahim Fibres Limited’s notice of board meeting

Karachi, May 17, 2013 (PPI-OT): We are pleased to inform you that meeting of the Board of Directors of the company will be held on 25-05-2013 at 04:00 PM at our Lahore office for appointment of new Board Member for the remaining tenure of present Board of Directors to fill Casual Vacancy fallen vacant against the resignation of Mr. Shahid Amin on 25-04-2013.

We have already informed to the Exchange vide our letter No. IFL-Shr/KSE/10/13 dated 29-04-2013 for resignation of Mr. Shahid Amin.

We would also like to inform you that the closed period has been fixed from 17-05-2013 to 25-05-2013 and during this period no Director, CEO or Executive directly or indirectly deal in any manner in the shares of the company.
