Musadik Malik outlines government strategies to enhance Pakistan’s economy

Lahore, Minister for Petroleum Musadik Malik has reaffirmed the government’s commitment to setting Pakistan’s economy on a path of growth, emphasizing efforts to attract foreign investment and balance trade.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Malik spoke at a news conference in Lahore where he detailed the government’s strategies to stimulate economic activity. He invited foreign companies to invest in various sectors across Pakistan and highlighted the interest from Saudi Arabia in different fields. Malik expressed optimism about the potential outcomes of discussions between Pakistani and Saudi businessmen aimed at fostering mutual cooperation and facilitating trade. Additionally, he pointed out opportunities for investment in Pakistan’s copper and mining sectors and discussed governmental actions aimed at reducing the trade deficit by balancing imports and exports.
