ICC Industries Limited Schedules Board Meeting to Review Quarterly Accounts

Lahore, ICC Industries Limited announced that its Board of Directors will convene on April 29, 2024, in Lahore to review the company’s quarterly accounts for the period ending March 31, 2024. The meeting will focus on the declaration of any entitlements related to these accounts.

The company also stated that it has declared a Closed Period from April 22 to April 29, 2024, in compliance with clause 5.6.1(d) of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Regulations. During this period, directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from dealing in the company’s shares, either directly or indirectly.
