IGI Funds Limited’s IGI Aggressive Income Fund (open end fund) interim distribution for the period ended March 26, 2013

Karachi, March 29, 2013 (PPI-OT): We are pleased to announce that The Board of Directors of IGI Funds Limited (IGIFL), the Asset Management Company of IGI Aggressive Income Fund has declared interim Payout of its income for the period ended March 26, 2013 in the form of Bonus Units to Growth Unit Holders and Cash Dividends to Income Unit Holders. Each Growth Unit Holder will be entitled to receive 1.4153 bonus units for every 100 units held and each Income Unit Holder will be entitled to Rs. 0.6081/- for each unit.

The persons holding units of IGI Income Fund at the close of business on March 26, 2013 will be entitled to the above bonus/ dividend respectively.
