Karachi, Indus Dyeing and Manufacturing Co. Limited has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to take place on May 22, 2023, at 12:30 pm in Karachi. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss important matters unrelated to financial results.

To comply with regulatory requirements and ensure fairness, the company has also declared a “Closed Period” from May 15, 2023, to May 22, 2023. During this period, no Director, CEO, or Executive of the company will be permitted to engage in any buying or selling of the company’s shares, directly or indirectly.
