Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan elects office bearers for 2012-13

Karachi, October 03, 2012 (PPI-OT): The Council of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) in its meeting held on October 2, 2012 elected office bearers for the term 2012-13. The Council unanimously elected Ahmad Saeed as President of the Institute, Yacoob Suttar as Vice President – South and Naeem Akthar Sheikh as Vice President – North.

Mr. Ahmad Saeed is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan. He is Senior Advisor Mazars consulting (formerly Bearing Point) and Founder President of Information System Audit and Control Association (ISACA), Karachi Chapter.

Mr. Naeem Akthar Sheikh is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He has served on various committees of the Institute as Chairman and as a Member. He is currently Senior Partner of UHY Hassan Naeem and Co. Chartered Accountants.

Mr. Yaqoob Sattar is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan. He has served on various committees of the Institute as Chairman and as a Member. He is currently the Executive Director, Finance and IT – Pakistan State Oil.
