Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the board of directors of J.A. Textile Mills Limited will be held at registered office of the company, JK House, 32-W, Susan Road, Madina Town, Faisalabad, on 08.10.2012 at 9.00 A.M. to transact the following business.
1. To confirm the minutes of last board meeting.
2. To receive, consider and approve the Annual Audit Accounts for the year ended 30.06.2012 alongwith Director’s, Auditor’s and other reports thereon.
3. To consider appointment of Auditors for the next year.
4. To authorize CEO and one, Director for signatures and circulation of accounts.
5. The close period will be from 01.10.2012 to 09.10.2012 (both days inclusive).
6. To fix date, time, venue for the next coming AGM.
7. To transact any other business with the permission of the chair.
