Jahangir Siddiqui and Company Limited’s board meeting

Karachi, March 01, 2013 (PPI-OT): Reference to our letter Ref No: CL-029/13 dated February 21, 2013, this is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which was scheduled for March 02, 2013 at 12:30 p.m. is postponed and now will be held on March 04, 2013 at 05:00 p.m.

The venue of the meeting will remain the same i.e. 6th Floor, Faysal Mouse, Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi.

However, the “Closed Period” shall remain the same that is from February 22, 2013 to March 04, 2013.
